At Blinz.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day refund policy for all items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Once we receive your request, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 05 business days for the refund to be processed.
Refund Time
Package non-opened: After picking up the shipment by the carrier. We will issue your refund immediately to the same payment method used to make the initial payment.
Package opened: After receiving and checking, we will issue your refund immediately to the same payment method used to make the initial payment.
Cancellation of an order
When we try to deliver the goods to our customers as quickly as possible. We prepare parcels for shipment from the moment that the customer places the order. For that, we accept cancellations within 24 hours.

The product never arrived
We estimate the shipping time is between 5 to 10 days depending on the delivery country (Please check our Shipping Policy). If your order does not arrive within 10 days. Please give it up to 20 days as there are some situations we cannot control like weather, mail delays, and customs. If your order is not delivered in 20 days, we will give you a 100% full refund instantly.
Damaged on arrival
If you receive damaged or defective items. Please Contact us. After confirmation of the case by our team, you have two options. Get a new item for free or a 100% full refund.
Defective or broken after use
We give our customers 30 days after the arrival of goods to report any problems with products. if it presents any manufacturing issues during this time you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Change opinion
You have 30 days after the arrival of the goods to return them to us. If you want to process you need to contact us at: Support@blinz.co.uk. We will provide you with the return address. Please keep in mind that we only accept goods unused in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to exchange your product. You have 30 days after the delivery date to do that. Please keep in mind that exchange is accepted for unused products.
